Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Zafer Naç (Phoenix Training Club) (“Phoenix”), as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), processes the personal data you share through this website.

Data controller

Data we process

First and last name, phone number and email; your training interest, background, chosen trial day and time, notes, and whether you attended and joined; records of your consents (date, time, text version, IP address, browser); the page you submitted from, ad source (UTM) data and, if you allow, cookie data. Please don’t share health information in the notes field.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to trial and membership requests (necessary to enter into a contract, Art. 5/2-c); keeping records and measuring our services (legitimate interest, Art. 5/2-f); marketing messages (including follow-ups about 1 week, 1 month and 6 months after your trial), sharing event photos and analytics/marketing cookies only with your explicit consent (Art. 5/1); legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç, e).

Sharing and transfers abroad

Only for these purposes, with Supabase (database, EU/Frankfurt), Resend (email delivery, USA), WhatsApp (Meta) and, with your consent, analytics/advertising providers Google and Meta (they never receive your name, phone or email). Servers may be abroad; transfers follow the safeguards in Art. 9 KVKK (e.g. standard contractual clauses). We never sell your data.

Retention

Requests that don’t lead to a membership and have no marketing consent: deleted automatically after 1 year. Marketing consent: until withdrawn. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

Marketing messages

Sent only with your consent, which is registered in Turkey’s Message Management System (İYS) under Law No. 6563. You can withdraw it at any time free of charge, e.g. via the unsubscribe link in every email.

Cookies

Analytics (Google Analytics / Tag Manager, up to 2 years) and marketing cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, up to 13 months) only run if you accept them in the cookie banner; the site works fine without them. You can change your choice via “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

Under Art. 11 KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion or notification to recipients, object to automated decisions and claim compensation. Send your request in writing to Madenler, İdealist Kent Cd. No:5/11, 34776 Ümraniye/İstanbul or trainingclubphoenix@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days, free of charge.
